Astro Rewards Program Terms

These Astro Rewards Program Terms ("Program Terms") govern your participation in the Astro Rewards loyalty program ("Astro Rewards" or the "Program") offered by Astro Fresh Jerky, doing business as Astro Jerky ("we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in Astro Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You must be a resident of the United States with a valid shipping address.
- You must maintain an active customer account at astrofreshjerky.com in good standing.
- Only one (1) Astro Rewards account is permitted per person.
- Astro Rewards is not available to employees of Astro Fresh Jerky or to merchants and resellers purchasing for resale.
2. Enrollment
Enrollment in Astro Rewards is voluntary and free of charge. You may enroll by creating a customer account at astrofreshjerky.com and opting in to the Program from your account dashboard. Enrollment becomes effective upon confirmation by us.
3. Earning Points
- You earn one (1) point for every U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying purchases at astrofreshjerky.com, calculated on the product subtotal after any discounts and before taxes and shipping.
- Points are credited to your account after the order has shipped and the applicable return window has closed.
- Taxes, shipping fees, gift card purchases, and amounts paid using rewards discount codes are excluded from the points calculation.
- Points associated with a refunded or canceled order will be deducted from your account balance.
- Points are personal to you, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another member's account.
4. Redeeming Points
- One hundred (100) points may be redeemed for a discount code worth ten U.S. dollars ($10.00) off a future eligible order.
- You may stack multiple 100-point redemptions on a single order, up to a maximum discount of forty U.S. dollars ($40.00) per order.
- Redemption discount codes are non-transferable, may not be applied to gift card purchases, may not be combined with other promotional codes unless we expressly say so, and have no cash value.
- Once issued, a discount code is valid for ninety (90) days. Unused codes expire and cannot be reissued.
- Discount codes redeemed against an order that is later refunded or canceled will not be reissued, and the underlying points will not be returned.
5. Account Inactivity and Forfeiture
Points have no expiration date so long as your account remains active and in good standing. If your account has no qualifying purchase or points activity for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, we may notify you that your account is inactive. If you do not make a qualifying purchase or contact us within thirty (30) days of that notice, we may forfeit any unredeemed points in your account. Points have no cash value and represent only a limited license to receive a discount on future purchases; forfeiture does not entitle you to any refund or compensation.
6. No Cash Value
Points and rewards have no cash value, are not securities, are not redeemable for cash, and constitute only a limited revocable license to receive a discount on a future purchase. Points are not stored value subject to California Civil Code §1749.5 or any analogous state gift card or stored value law.
7. Modification or Termination of the Program
We reserve the right to modify these Program Terms, the points earning rate, the redemption rate, the maximum discount per order, the inactivity period, or any other Program rule at any time, with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice posted on this page. We may terminate the Program at any time with at least ninety (90) days' advance notice. During the wind-down period, members may continue to redeem unredeemed points consistent with these Program Terms. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the change.
8. Suspension or Termination of Membership
We may suspend, terminate, or modify your participation in Astro Rewards, in whole or in part, without notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Program Terms, our Terms of Service, or any applicable law, or if we suspect fraud, abuse, manipulation, or misuse of the Program. Upon termination of your membership, all unredeemed points and unused discount codes are forfeited.
9. Withdrawal from the Program
You may withdraw from Astro Rewards at any time without penalty by contacting us at info@astrofreshjerky.com. Upon withdrawal, any unredeemed points will be forfeited. Withdrawal will not affect your customer account at astrofreshjerky.com or your right to make non-Program purchases.
10. Privacy
Astro Rewards is a "financial incentive" program under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Personal information collected and used in connection with the Program is described in our Privacy Policy, including the Financial Incentive Notice in our California Privacy Rights section.
11. Tax Liability
You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes that may arise from your participation in the Program or your receipt of any rewards.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Program. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Program is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
13. Disputes
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Program is subject to the binding arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and other dispute resolution provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
