Shipping Policy

Astro Fresh Jerky ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or shipments to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa).

Federal & State Compliance for Meat Products

All Astro Fresh Jerky products are produced in USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) inspected facilities and bear the USDA mark of inspection. Our shelf-stable jerky products are intended for sale and consumption in the United States and are shipped in compliance with applicable federal regulations governing the interstate sale of processed meat products. Customers are responsible for compliance with any state, county, or local ordinances that may apply at the destination address. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order to a destination where applicable law restricts or prohibits the shipment of our products.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a shipping notification when it has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Exact shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Alaska and Hawaii

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional transit time. Standard delivery to these states typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Expedited options may also take longer than estimated delivery times for the contiguous states.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the destination address and package weight to ensure the most efficient delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You may track your shipment through the carrier's website or through your Shopify order status page.

Perishable Product Handling

Beef jerky is a shelf-stable product and does not require refrigeration. All products are packaged in sealed, food-grade bags to maintain freshness during transit.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file an inquiry.
  2. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, contact us at info@astrofreshjerky.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date.

We will investigate the matter and either reship your order or issue a refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@astrofreshjerky.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address, reshipment to the corrected address may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Modifications

Changes to your shipping address or order details can be accommodated only before the order has shipped. Please contact us at info@astrofreshjerky.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

Holiday Schedule

Order processing may be delayed during major holidays, including but not limited to:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

We will communicate any anticipated delays via our website or email.

Force Majeure

Astro Fresh Jerky is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, public health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
