At Astro Fresh Jerky, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
You may return eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. Due to food safety regulations, opened or partially consumed jerky products cannot be resold or returned and are therefore not eligible for a refund.

- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@astrofreshjerky.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Buyer's remorse returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective or incorrect items: Astro Fresh Jerky will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have completed our inspection.
Partial refunds may be issued if the product shows signs of use or does not meet the return conditions outlined above.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@astrofreshjerky.com. Include photos of the damage or defect. We will issue a full refund or ship a free replacement at your choice.
Wrong Items Received
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item to you at no additional charge.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@astrofreshjerky.com.
Gift Returns
Items received as gifts are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above. Gift returns will be issued as store credit rather than a monetary refund.
Right to Refuse Returns
Astro Fresh Jerky reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions described in this policy.
California Consumer Rights
California residents may have additional warranty rights under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights available to you under California state law.
